The tournament is divided into two flights, the Main and Intermediates. As a guide, those entering the Intermediate flight should normally have a rating of less than 1650, and the Tournament Director reserves the right to suggest players should switch to the Main flight if appropriate. As this is a one-day event, both flights will progress directly to the knockout stages. Matches will start at 12 noon and it is expected that the event will be finished by about 7pm.
Optional side pools will be available for both competitions on the day.
Additionally, there will be a small Swiss format competition for beginners and social players.

Includes £7 registration fee. Buffet provided. Hot and cold drinks will be available throughout the day, including a licensed bar.
Bacon butties and the likes will be available to purchase on arrival. There will be a buffet served over lunch. Coffees, Teas and drinks will be available to purchase. Please remember that the cash over the bar makes it possible for us to use the venue.
As is customary a curry will be served at the club in the evening. Please let me know if you would like to partake. There will be an additional cost for this payable on the day.
