Westover Consulting are able to offer a management and support service for your service desk system to ensure that you minimize system downtime and adapt your application to suit your changing business processes.

  We can perform regular system healthchecks to make sure that your application is running at maximum efficiency and make recommendations on changes to you database to improve performance.
We are also able to help with application and database version upgrades, server migrations, enhancement requests and bug fixes.

Support can be offered by phone or on site on an ad-hoc basis or as a regular commitment of a number of days per month. Whatever your needs, we are able to offer the expertise and experience which may not be available to you in-house.
